We are a fully licensed 8 ft. trailer, super cute and will make your photos stand out - whatever the Event or Occasion. We specialise in Weddings, Bridal Showers, Soirées and Gatherings. We serve local ‘6Ft6’ and ‘Cat out of the bag’ Prosecco, personalised ‘His & Hers’ Bellini’s and a whole menu dedicated to the Spritz! We can also add those fun extras to make your event even more unique and memorable , including ‘Prosecco Pong’ and ‘Prosecco Towers’.
Miss Fizz loves the environment and is a plastic free zone - we use biodegradable flutes and encourage our party goers to re-use as much as possible. Did you also know that 6Ft6 Prosecco is vegan!? We also love supporting local businesses and collaborating.
It’s simple - all you need to do is supply a spot for us to set up and the power - that's it!

Our services can be booked in separately or pulled together, we offer all inclusive packages including styling extras and packages tailored to Weddings. If you don’t see what you are after, just ask! We are flexible.
With ‘Bottomless Prosecco’ through to made to order cocktails, we can cater for all tastes and budgets. Our Packages start from a minimum of 12 people through to large Weddings & Events.
Starting at only $50 per head for 2 hours , why do it yourself when we can do all the hard work for you whilst you relax and spend time with your guests.
Miss Fizz is available for all Events as well as Festivals, Launches and Corporate Functions - we can get fancy or be super casual depending on what you are after.
